How often are model mockups added for download?
Our library is rapidly growing. Dozens of new Model Mockups are added to our catalog every week. You can preview upcoming releasees on our release dates page.
What's the difference between the LITE and PRO membership plans?
With the LITE plan there are some pre-selected model mockups that are available to you free for download. The rest are available for purchase.
With the PRO plan you have access to the entire catalog on our website at no extra cost. We recommend the PRO plan to take full advantage of the versatile library of models in all aesthetics to best suit your brand.
How soon do I get my digital files after purchase?
You will receive a download link to your files almost instantly after you have purchased.
What software do I need to use the Model Mockups?
We recommend using either Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Photo. The files we provide as digital download are .psd and .afphoto
Are these mockups royalty free?
Yes. Our entire catalog is royalty free for you to use with your website, printed materials, marketing, etc.
I am looking for a specific style that I do not see, will you add this for me?
Absolutely! Providing high quality models to fit your brand's aesthetics and visual needs is our goal.
Go to our contacts page and shoot us a message with information about your brand (website, social media accounts, etc) as well as other links or photos that show the aesthetic you are going for and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes. Your paid subscription can be cancelled anytime by shifting to Lite plan.
Will you renew my subscription automatically?
Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your pay period.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 50% discount when you sign up for the yearly payment plan PRO TRACER account. There may be other temporary discounts, check for this inside the service.
I notice you often feature brands as the graphics for demo photos on your site. How do I get my brand featured?
Yes, we do! We love featuring the brands of our members. If you'd like to see your brand featured in an upcoming model pack go to our "contact us" page, fill out the form and let us know!
Are all of the model mockups square images as shown in the model browser?
No, each model mockup may vary in size and aspect ratio. The square images in the model browser are simply for demo purposes and are often cropped and omitting more of the scene / mockup that is revealed in the actual file once downloaded.
